Jr. Staffing & Recruiting Manager

We are seeking a junior Recruiting & Staffing Manager with restaurant FOH & BOH leadership experience (e.g. manager, supervisor, shift leader) to support our fast-paced banquets division. Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required - we'll teach you the tools of the trade! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of talent to accommodate current and future client demands • Match employees' skills with client job orders • Schedule and confirm employees for all assignments • Perform check-ins and check-outs of employees at client locations • Assist division managers as needed Qualifications for Consideration: • 1+ years hospitality leadership experience (shift leader / supervisor / manager) • Must be an organized fast learner with a strong work ethic and great customer service skills • The ability to work a flexible schedule including 8-10 hours on Saturdays (Mandatory). • Excellent communication, computer, e-mail, text, and telephone skills • The ability to screen and qualify quality personnel for all hospitality positions • Must be able to manage upwards of 65 employees daily at numerous accounts •...
